Make an Election

Make your FSA Election Online

VitaFlex allows employees to make their FSA elections online. Elections can only be made on two occasions: during open enrollment, or when the employee becomes newly eligible for the benefit.

If you are making an election for the first time, please have your basic personal and demographic information handy. This includes your address, phone number(s), e-mail address and date of hire. Vita uses current encryption technology to ensure all your personal information is secure.

If you are a current VitaFlex participant making an open enrollment election, your information will already be on file in our system. Please review your information to make sure it is accurate.

If you are a Current VitaFlex participant, log in using your normal User ID and password. If you are new to VitaFlex or have not previously created a User ID, you can log in using your company code as the User ID and your social security number (including hyphens) as your password. Your company code can be found on your open enrollment materials or can be obtained by contacting the VitaFlex Service Center.

New Employees: If you are a new employee, make your mid-year election here.
