Allison Barrett-Smith
Allison joined The Vita Companies in March 2004. She brings in-depth benefits knowledge from her previous 7 year career in Human Resources. While in HR, Allison focused on health, welfare, 401(k), FSA plans and leave of absence management. At Vita she focuses on using her HR experience to help create and manage strong benefit platforms for her clients. Allison graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in June 1998 with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating on Human Resource Management.
