Ari Fleischauer
Ari is known as one of the premiere administrators in the Flex Spending world. She specializes in IRC Section 125 benefits administration and on-going plan compliance issues. Ari currently manages the Vita Flexible Spending Account department, the Vita Service Center, and oversees complete operations of VitaFlex, a product that is used by many of the major consulting firms in the industry and is considered a world class program. Her previous experience in the Human Resources Department at National Semiconductor adds to her foundation as a solid resource in the HR, Benefits, and Flex arena. Ari graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in June 2000 with a B.A. degree in Psychology.
