Dan Maass
Dan joined The Vita Companies in August of 2004. He focuses on providing his clients solutions to their employee benefits needs through his in-depth knowledge and experience in health and welfare plans. In addition to his experience within employee benefits, Dan has worked within the COBRA administration department since beginning his career at Vita and maintains a large client base in which he consults both employers and other consulting firms on how to maintain an employer’s COBRA compliance. Dan also manages the Vita Service Center and Vita’s Benefits Billing Administration department which provides employers an outsourcing solution for retiree and leave benefits premium collection.
Prior to joining the Vita Team, Dan was a Senior Analyst within the Healthcare Industry with a focus on financial analysis and business strategy. Dan graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2001 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychobiology with a specialization in Computing.
