Jayne Drake
Jayne joined the Vita team in February 2000. She is an Account Executive in the COBRA department and maintains a large client base of employers with whom she works directly to ensure full compliance of the COBRA regulations. Jayne is consulted regularly by other benefit brokerage companies to share her extensive knowledge of and expertise in all aspects of the COBRA law. Jayne prides herself on providing a high standard of customer service, and developed these skills from her prior employment as a Team Leader in a large energy company in the United Kingdom.
Jayne graduated from Manchester University, England in 1995 with a BA and a BPL in Urban Planning.
