Over 300 human resources professionals and industry experts attended the 19th Annual Employee Benefits Symposium last Friday, May 6 in San Jose, CA. Principally produced by the Vita Companies, the Symposium is the largest and most comprehensive benefits conference in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Sessions topics ranged from designing benefits for start-ups, to leveraging pre-tax offerings, creating effective wellness programs, marketing benefits to employees, and highlighting the latest ACA requirements. Attendees walked away with a broad perspective of the current and future trends shaping competitive employee benefit offerings, and were given thoughtful tools and strategies to apply to their own company’s benefits program.
